8 Quick Tips to Stay on Your Game

How can you work around this?
I will be giving you some tips and tricks on how to improve your skills during this time. We've been doing many of these tips and are very excited to share them with you!
Tricks:
1. Need room to dribble and move around more? Use your garage!
2. Move furniture out of your bedroom, living room, etc. Now you have an open space! Juggle area: Check!
3. Need to keep up your fitness? Clear a spot in any room and put down water bottles, socks, etc. for a quick fast footwork fix!
4. Download a workout app or look up workout videos on YouTube to stay fit!
Tips:
1. Use this time to focus more on your nutrition and fitness.
2. Stay up to date with football news around the world. Twitter and Instagram are great!
3. Take this time to learn new tricks and moves! Look up some cool ones on YouTube!
4. Watch highlight videos of your favorite players and/or teams!
