Healthy Quarantined Food Ideas

Hi! It's Hayden! When you are quarantined you may be compelled to eat junk food, but you need to stay healthy for the seasons that will be starting back up. I will give you few healthy meals to eat while you are quarantined in your house or apartment. I will start with a couple of healthy drinks.
Breakfast: The Sunny Two

2. Berry Protein Pancake Bites: All you have to do is mix in a few ingredients and put it in the oven. This recipe will take 24 minutes in total. Lunch: The Teatime Two

2. Fruit Salad: This is my recipe. A fruit salad is a mix of all different fruits. It gives you energy and is very healthy. A few fruits that you can add are strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, oranges, clementines, bananas, pineapples, peaches, blackberries, apples, and a lot more!
Snacks: The Siesta Snacks

Drinks: The Delicious Two
1. Strawberry Banana Smoothie: This smoothie is a classic and also my favorite. This recipe is my own. Put as much of a banana as you want, same with the strawberries. Add any kind of juice, plus water and a little bit of frozen lemon zest. Blend it all together and viola!
2. Summer: This another one of my favorites. I called it summer because it taste like summer. Here is my recipe: Add half of a peach, some strawberries, OJ (Orange Juice) and 1 cup of lemonade. Best drink ever!
